Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the specific reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare Your Gear

  Carefully pack the lens or electronic equipment in its original factory box, ensuring all caps, manuals, and protective foam are securely in place to prevent transit damage.

  Ship to Meike

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the equipment's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
